Properly denied access
From Service Dog Training
Denial of access can be a terrible strain for a service dog handler to deal with. Many times, this denial of access is caused by a business or individual who is uneducated about the laws and does not know how to appropriately handle an access situation. Sometimes though, denial of access is warranted. Unfortunately, the media almost always seems to take the side of the dog user, even in cases where it is pretty obvious that the business did have the right to refuse access. I've linked to some articles below, with descriptions of why I think it was appropriate for the business to deny access in that specific case, and what particular details lead me to believe this. Keep in mind that all I know of the situation is what was presented in the article, and it is possible that there are things that would affect access that are not included in the article.
