Kalbfleisch Case Update

A preliminary injunction has been issued in the Columbia Community School Unit 4 vs. the Kalbfleisch family case. The school will be required to permit the dog to attend school with the child after a planning session has been completed. This is not a final decision on the case, but a temporary measure until a full hearing can be held. I will continue to monitor this case and will post any further developments. ^[1]
